Importing Tasks from CSV Files

CSV is a legacy standard for transferring data between applications. It is supported by most desktop applications, like MS Excel and many other products.

How to use it

Import CSV Files with task lists

To import CSV files go to the "Share" tab, open the "Import" menu and select "Import from CSV File":

  • The "Import" menu is only available on the following platforms: Windows, macOS, UWP

  • The file format needs to be comma separated (not semicolon separated)

  • The CSV file needs to contain all fields from the field list below in the defined order

Each import creates a new "CSV Import Project" as master and adds your tasks or projects from the file to this master project.
